Short version: Eagle Eye is a casual puzzle game. We do not ask for your name, email, or any personal account details to play. We do not sell your data. Game progress is stored on your device and used to deliver levels and save your progress.

To provide and operate the game, including delivering levels and saving your progress.

3. Image & Network Content

Level images and game content are delivered over the internet from our servers. When the App downloads this content, standard technical data (such as your IP address) may be processed by our hosting providers solely to deliver the content to your device.

Eagle Eye is family-friendly and suitable for all ages (rated 4+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App does not require any account or personal details to play, it is designed to be safe for younger players. Game progress stored on your device remains until you delete the App or clear its data. Any progress associated with your anonymous device identifier on our servers is retained only as long as needed to provide the service.

7. Your Choices

You can clear locally stored game data by deleting the App from your device.
You may contact us to request deletion of any data associated with your device identifier.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited information we process. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
